No excuses: Work exercise into your daily life.
- Walk when you normally wouldn’t. Walk the dog or
- walk to the grocery store or some other location
nearby. - Run, don’t walk up the stairs. Run up the stairs twice (get to the top and go back down once).
- Work it into your fun time
- Have a dinner party and steal the people who want to walk. Go out for a quick and brisk 20 minute walk.
- Take a quick jaunt after you have dinner out, before you hop in the car to go home.
- Work it into your relaxing time.
- Do some basic exercises while you are watching television.
