No excuses:  Work exercise into your daily life.

    • Walk when you normally wouldn’t. Walk the dog or
    • walk to the grocery store or some other location nearby.
    • Run, don’t walk up the stairs.  Run up the stairs twice (get to the top and go back down once).
    • Work it into your fun time
      • Have a dinner party and steal the people who want to walk.  Go out for a quick and brisk 20 minute walk.
      • Take a quick jaunt after you have dinner out, before you hop in the car to go home.
    • Work it into your relaxing time.
      • Do some basic exercises while you are watching television.
